Dental Assistant - DME Astoria - Astoria, NY

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the dentist, sterilizing and preparing instruments, taking patient x-rays, and performing other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Maintain patient records and update patient information.
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Prepare patients for treatment.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Take and process X-rays.
Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.
Keep the dental office clean and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
