What You’ll Do:

Provide thorough, gentle cleanings and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on home care and prevention
Collaborate with the dentist on individualized treatment plans
Maintain clear and accurate patient records
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in your operatory
Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our door

What We’re Looking For:

Active Dental Hygienist license (NJ)
Experience in general dentistry is preferred—but new grads are welcome
Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
Great communication skills with patients and team members
A compassionate, proactive mindset—someone who takes pride in their work

Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time position: 3–4 days per week
Some evening availability required (office open until 7 PM on 2 days aweek)
