Dental Assistant - Cansler Family Dentistry - Newton, NC

We are looking for full time motivated dental assistant who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, who is flexible, and willing to collaborate with other team members. This person should be well-organized with great attention to detail, and skilled in providing patient care. Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment is essential to enable us to provide exceptional patient service. Must have x-ray certification. Experience in dental assisting a plus, but not a must.

Skills / Abilities:
- The ability to fabricate temporary crowns, capture preliminary impressions, and intra-oral scanner familiarity is a plus.
- Familiarity with sterilization techniques.
- Ability to take accurate, high quality digital radiographs / intra-oral photos.
- Assist the front desk administrator in answering phone calls as necessary.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs. Eaglesoft proficiency is a plus.
