Education & Experience:

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Any additional certifications related to the role
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist

Requirements & Contributions to the Team:

Ensure patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointment.
Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history.
Identify and assess conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis.
Perform professional dental cleanings, including plaque and calculus removal and fluoride applications.
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
Take dental X-rays or impressions as needed.
Provide post-operative instructions to patients after treatments.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using digital charting systems.
Partner with dentists to select and implement appropriate treatment plans.
