Dental Assistant - Mililani Family Dentistry - Mililani Town, HI

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our awesome team as a dental assistant. Our office strives to provide professional and high quality dental care with superior customer service. The ideal candidate would be caring, motivated, outgoing, and upbeat. Experience in a dental office and/or the clinical aspects of dental assisting is preferred but not required. We hire for attitude more than experience.
The typical responsibilities of the job would include: assisting the dentist with patients chairside, setting up and breaking down/sanitizing operatories, sterilizing instruments and equipment, and most importantly, making sure our valued patients feel taken care of and comfortable. Ideally, our assistants would also be comfortable in answering phone calls from patients, scheduling appointments, and discussing and accepting payment for services. There are also general administrative/computer tasks and general housekeeping tasks that are required.
