OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.- Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient information and scheduling appointments efficiently.- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all procedures.- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures to promote overall dental wellness.- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD systems and new treatment methodologies.
Skills- Proficient in aseptic technique and maintaining infection control protocols.- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental management software is preferred.- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus, with the ability to work effectively with children.- Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately diagnose oral health issues.- Familiarity with CAD systems for dental design is advantageous.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Pay: $216,451.00 - $241,280.00 per year
