OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for patients. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to prosthodontics, oral surgery, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient treatment plans using Dentrix or similar software.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
Experience with infection control practices within a dental office setting.
Knowledge of software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, or root canal therapy is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
