We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team across two well-established and thriving dental practices. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in comprehensive general dentistry and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will be supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, and work in fully digital, modern offices equipped with the latest dental technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dental care to a diverse patient base
Rotate between two busy, well-equipped offices
Foster strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and support staff
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical and legal standards
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and practice development initiatives

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active dental license in CT
Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry preferred
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
