Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence: Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and proficiency, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Leadership: Take charge as the Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Patient Engagement: Build lasting relationships with patients by providing compassionate and personalized dental care, addressing concerns, and promoting oral health education.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of specialists to coordinate comprehensive care plans and deliver an integrated approach to patient treatment.
Business Development: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

Dental Expertise: DDS/DMD degree and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a dental practice, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with a diverse team of dental professionals.
Patient-Centric: Commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences and maintaining a patient-focused practice.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Licensed in New York: Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of New York.
