Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Take X-rays and manage medical imaging processes, including the use of 3D scanners as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records with attention to detail.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming atmosphere for young patients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of medical documentation practices related to dental care is essential.
Familiarity with general dentistry procedures, X-ray techniques, medical imaging, and infection control protocols is highly desirable.
Experience with 3D scanners is a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is an advantage but not mandatory.
