Greeting patients with a smile
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Working with hygiene recall
Confirming patients
Collecting payment and billing
Checking insurance benefits
Ensure we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations
Assisting, as needed, clinical team members
