Job Description – Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Performing periodontal assessments and documenting findings with accuracy
Capturing and reviewing digital X-rays as part of a thorough diagnostic process
Educating patients on oral hygiene best practices and personalized care
Assisting in treatment planning in collaboration with our dentists
Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical notes
Following sterilization and infection control protocols meticulously
Supporting a calm, efficient, and compassionate patient experience

50-minute recall appointments
60-minute perio maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and clinical skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on excellence in patient care
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-driven environment
