Dental Hygienist - Arlington Dental Center - Arlington, VA

Are you looking for a long-term position with a friendly team that cares and has fun?! We are looking forward to meeting you! We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. Reliable hours, 1-hour cleanings for new patients, great doctor and team, equipment, technology, and location!
Responsibilities- Conduct dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures under the supervision of the dentist, deliver great patient experiences and get a long with a friendly team.
-Help communicate treatment to patients such as SRP, fillings, crowns, implants, and wisdom teeth.- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Perform oral cancer screenings and take dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations- Assist with pediatric dentistry procedures as needed- Monitor vital signs during patient appointments
Requirements- Certification or associate degree in Dental Hygiene- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management- Experience in general dentistry practices and procedures- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Knowledge of infection control protocols and best practices
