Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilized.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient histories, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Perform basic dental procedures such as taking X-rays, impressions, and assisting with prosthodontic work.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix software, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Maintain an aseptic technique to ensure the safety of both patients and staff during procedures.
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional patient care in pediatrics, general dentistry, and specialized treatments.
Keep the dental office organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
