## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional dental clinic setting.
## Duties
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with other dental procedures as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Administer fluoride treatments
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
## Qualifications
- Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with children
- Ability to take vital signs and operate medical imaging equipment
- Familiarity with open dental software is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control practices
