Responsibilities for DA or RDA

Welcome and greeting patients to our dental practice
Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep the operatory clean and well-stocked
Maintain accurate patient records

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience as a dental assistant for 2 yrs is required
Knowledge of dental instruments
iTero-scanning experience is a plus
Cerc experience is a plus
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills (Dentrix knowledge is a plus)
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail, well-organized, and reliable
High school diploma; graduation from dental assistant school preferred
x-ray and infection control certificates are required

San Jose, CA 95129 (Relocation required before starting work)
