Dental Receptionist/Assistant - Bright Now! Dental - Winter Park, FL

In this Dental Receptionist/Assistant float opportunity, you will support the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting during dental procedures, preparing instruments, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and professional demeanor, ability to start within a month and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8am-5pm x1 Sat per month Responsibilities:

Act as a float between the front and back- checking in patients and helping seat and take xrays.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment.
Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed.
Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in the dental software.
Qualifications:

Florida EFDA and/or xray certification
Experience with dental insurance verification, billing and scheduling.
CPR Certified
