Clinical Setting:

General Dentistry

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Operate 3D scanners and other dental technology to capture accurate impressions.
Maintain a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Document patient information and treatment plans in EMR systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform basic dental radiography and assist with pediatric dentistry as needed.

Qualifications

Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
Knowledgeable in general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics
Experience with 3D scanners and aseptic techniques
Familiarity with Dentrix
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Ability to perform X-rays and vital signs monitoring
Experience in four-handed dentistry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
