We are a private, wellness-focused dental office looking for a motivated, service-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking someone flexible and confident in both chairside assisting and cross-functional support to help create a seamless patient experience. Our practice integrates traditional dentistry with biologic, airway, and sleep-focused care to support whole-body wellness.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the doctor with a wide range of procedures—from general restorative to airway and biologic treatments
Support front office workflows when needed: answering phones, scheduling, patient check-ins, or following up on treatment plans
Help with case management for Invisalign, TMD therapy, and sleep appliances
Create a calm, welcoming environment for patients throughout their experience
Maintain clinical areas with setup, sterilization, and inventory management
Take initiative in communication, scheduling, and light admin responsibilities to keep the day flowing smoothly
Stay engaged in learning about holistic dentistry and integrative health care

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, reliable team player with strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable assisting with a range of dental procedures
Adaptable and willing to lend support to both clinical and front office needs as necessary
Interest or experience in biologic, airway, or sleep dentistry is a plus
Dental Assisting Certification (required)
X-ray Certification (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $30–$40, based on experience
80% medical coverage
