San Angelo SSLC Has An Immediate Need For The Following Position: Dentist
Contractor shall provide the following service(s) to patients of the Facility:
Dentist performs various patient care duties, under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Duties / Responsibilites:
Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine
Perform documentation of all services provided
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
Requirements:
Must be licensed as a dentist by the State of Texas
Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements
Must submit to HHSC required drug test
Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting
Must complete facility and HHSC required training
Requested Schedule:
Shift is Monday thru Saturday 8am to 5pm, no holidays.
Each candidate will need to commit to a 3-month contract with probability of extension
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130.00 per hour
