Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records in our systems.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as a dental receptionist when necessary.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry and endodontics procedures as required.
Maintain an organized work area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.

Skills

Must have experince working as a dental assistant
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including four-handed dentistry.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
Knowledge of endodontics procedures is advantageous.
Strong understanding of aseptic technique to ensure patient safety.
Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
Experience with dental clinic systems for patient management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
