Registered Dental Hygienist - Tulare Dentist - Scottsdale, AZ

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting in various dental procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment and education, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within our dental office.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and hygiene.
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning teeth.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Assist dentists during examinations and treatments as needed.
Take medical imaging such as X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, documenting treatments and observations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Ensure the dental office is organized, clean, and compliant with health regulations.

Requirements

Valid dental hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical records management and patient care protocols.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
