Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, focusing on preventive measures and maintaining optimal oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, patient assessment, and effective communication skills to educate patients about their oral health.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments for patients of all ages.
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Utilize medical imaging systems to capture necessary diagnostic images.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry and other relevant fields.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist a must.
Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is essential.
Familiarity with dental clinic systems and patient management software is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
