Responsibilities:

Greet people as they come into the office.
Answer clients' questions.
Schedule appointments.
Take and process payments.
Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more)
Manage all the day to day operations at the front desk.
File and understand insurance claims
sending prior authorizations timely and accurately
work the outstanding AR to eliminate any bad debt write offs
Friendly personality

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
