You’ll be the first voice they hear, the first smile they see, and the first impression that could turn a nervous first timer into a lifelong fan.
What You’ll Do:

Be the warm, welcoming voice on the phone and face at the front desk
Schedule and confirm appointments with precision and care
Help patients feel safe, heard, and valued from the very first interaction
Speak highly of our doctors and team to build trust and confidence
Keep our schedule full and running smoothly without ever losing the personal touch
Support your team with administrative tasks and a can-do attitude

Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our team enjoys flexible scheduling, with most working a 4-day work week!
