Dental Hygienist - Carolina Family Dentistry at Lake Wylie - Clover, SC

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Full-Time OR Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful dental team. We are a private, well-established general family practice with an excellent reputation in the Lake Wylie community. We are a close-knit team that feels like a family, and we are looking for our next addition.
The successful candidate will be energetic, with a positive attitude and dedicated to providing world-class customer service. Experience is preferrred, but new graduates are also considered. We generally allow 90 minutes for our new patient appointments, and 60 minutes for recall appointments. This is a single-column, non-assisted hygiene position. Salary is based on experience, and the benefits package includes PTO, retirement plan, paid holidays, family dental benefits, scrub allowance, and paid CE.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs monitoring.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient documentation and record-keeping.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure compliance with aseptic techniques.
Take medical imaging as required to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Typical Hours:Monday through Thursday 7:45-5:00 pm with lunch from 1-2 pm
Requirements

Licensed RDH in South Carolina
South Carolina radiology license. Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
CPR Certificate
