Registered Dental Hygienist - Rhoades Family Dentistry - Olathe, KS

Our practice is looking for a hygienist that: is fun and friendly, likes patient-centric treatment, practices with top-tier quality care, is excited to learn new skills and technology, puts an emphasis on the patient's comfort and well-being, and can go with the flow.
Qualifications:

Licensed dental hygienist in the state of Kansas
Certified in local anesthesia and N2O
Patient first attitude and commitment to patient care
A compassionate and gentle chair-side manner
Proficiency with Eaglesoft or other similar dental software and digital X-rays

This position could be 18-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences, and involves seeing 8-10 patients a day from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with a one hour lunch. Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and dental terminology.
Provide chairside assistance during procedures, utilizing Eaglesoft for documentation and patient records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and patient information.
