Work Location: Burton, Michigan Work Schedule: Part-Time Monday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Some Tuesdays 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $35-40/hour, dependent upon experience Responsibilities: Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums Take necessary x-rays and intra-oral pictures Complete periodontal charting Address patient's hygiene and restorative needs Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment Document findings in the Practice Management software Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment and update the Practice Management Software Provide an effective 2 and 1 Handoff, to doctor and appropriate admin team Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills As open times occur, make calls to patients due and not scheduled in hygiene Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Registered Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification X-Ray Certified Perio driven
