We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable and hardworking Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic three-doctor dental practice in Cottonwood Heights. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, a team player, and committed to delivering quality care. While prior dental hygiene experience is preferred, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take x-rays and ensure proper imaging techniques.
Prepare operatories for a variety of dental hygiene procedures.
Maintain a clean and sterile environment, including operatory clean-up and sterilizing instruments.
Administer anesthetic for a variety of procedures
Periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing procedures
Periodontal charting
Stock and organize dental supplies.
Accurately update patient charts, including medical histories, clinical notes, and completed procedures.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
