Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

Create, establish, and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
Respond to patients’ needs and manage billing systems.
Greet and serve all patients as they arrive.
Motivate office personnel to serve patients.
Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked.

Patient Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

Diploma required
Dental experience preferred
Open Dental knowledge a plus
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Excellent computer and typing skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
