OverviewWe are a new pediatric dental office, seeking a reliable, upbeat, and compassionate person who love children to support us clinically as well as floating into some admin tasks during downtime with scheduling and answering phones.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and organize treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
Take xrays, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in the system.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure continuity of care.
Utilize curve dental software for managing patient records and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have had dental assisting experience and knowledge as well as possesses high attention to detail, self-starter, caries a positive energy and friendly personality, a quick learner, able to work in a team environment, reliable, and punctual. New grad welcome.

Wage will vary depending on experience and training needed.
