We’re an award-winning general dental practice in Novi, MI, seeking a motivated and compassionate Hygiene Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent high school graduates or individuals eager to start a healthcare career — no prior dental experience required! We’ll provide the training and support you need to build foundational knowledge and grow with us.
What You'll Do:

Greet patients and guide them through their appointment experience
Assist hygienists by preparing and turning over treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Learn to take intraoral and Cone Beam x-rays (certification provided)
Update patient medical histories, take vitals, and chart clinical findings
Shadow hygienists and dentists to gain real-world dental knowledge
Support the hygiene team with comprehensive patient care
