Au Blanc Aesthetics is growing! We are looking to add an Associate Dentist to join our digital dentistry practice. The practice owner, Dr. T is switching his main focus to cosmetic dentistry which means we need someone to help take over all of our main patient load! We are hoping you are someone that wants to learn our approach and philosophy to dentistry and has the drive to be the best!
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental practices and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, endodontics, and preventive care.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay updated on dental terminology and best practices to enhance patient education and care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Provide guidance on oral health maintenance and preventive measures to patients.
Participate in continuing education opportunities to further develop professional skills.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with the ability to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in using DENTRIX or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and medical documentation practices.
Cerec dentistry experience is a plus
Experience or training in oral surgery and endodontics is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
