Part-Time Associate Dentist (Short-Term Coverage) – Havertown, PA
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate general dentist to provide coverage while our current associate is on maternity leave. This is a short-term, part-time opportunity with a supportive, long-standing team in a well-equipped practice just outside of Philadelphia.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Structure: $1,000/day or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)

Location: Havertown, PA

About the Practice
Our office is proud of its warm, collaborative environment. Our team ranges from new hires to team members who have been with us for over 40 years. We value patient-centered care and a respectful, upbeat workplace.
We’re seeking an associate with at least 2 years of clinical experience to step in during our current associate’s 8–12 week maternity leave (August-October). Our office is fully equipped with modern technology including:

iTero scanner
New CBCT
Equipment for implants and endodontic procedures

Schedule

Part-time, short-term role (8–12 weeks)
Current associate schedule:
Wednesday: 7am–7pm (can adjust to 7am–4pm if needed)
Thursday: 7am–5pm
Friday: 8am–3pm
Flexibility available

Procedures
We are looking for a provider comfortable with:

General dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, night guards, denture adjustments)
Emergency care (including simple and surgical extractions with bone grafts and sutures)
Root canal experience is a strong plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per day
Expected hours: 17 – 29 per week
