Burke pediatric office is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our wonderful team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while managing appointments and patient records. Your contribution will be vital in supporting our mission to provide excellent pediatric dental care.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and their families warmly upon arrival.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
Handle dental billing and insurance claims accurately.
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
