Job responsibilities include:
Greet and check-in patients
Insurance Verification
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Post and process payments
Present and explain treatment plans
Candidatesâ skills and experience must include:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office
Dental experience is a plus
Dentrix software knowledge preferred
Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures
Punctual, presentable, and organized
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Great work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
