Kids Smiles Pediatric Dentistry has an immediate opening for a highly qualified Pediatric Dental Assistant for our Bradenton location.
Kids Smiles Pediatric Dentistry has 20+ years of experience working with all ages of children from infants to young adults and children with special needs.
We are looking for someone who is interested in being part of our AMAZING practice long term. Someone that is hardworking, energetic and a highly-motivated, who is passionate about working with children and will provide excellent customer service to our little patients.
Part-Time/Full-Time
Ideal Candidate:
Has 2+ years chairside experience
EFDA FL Certificate
Radiology Certificate
CPR Certificate
Pedo experience a plus
Experience with Dentrix Ascend Dental software
Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
Your areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and prepare patients for treatment
Review medical health update
Provide four-handed dentistry with the dentist
Perform patient education on treatment recommendations
Digital x-rays and panoramic images
Assist with nitrous oxide & anesthesia
Place sealants
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Possible future assisting dentist in the Hospital
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
