**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting our doctors during dental procedures, providing chair-side support and ensuring patient comfort.
- Performing various office duties, including sterilization, 4-handed dentistry, checking patients in, and processing eligibility and benefits.
- Helping with office flow to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Building rapport with patients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.
