Inspire Smile Studio Startup Dental Office is looking for a Rockstar Dental Assistant!

Our beautiful and new state of the art dental office is under construction in Towne Lake and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated dental assistant who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives to join our team early June 2025.
The beautiful new office will look, feel, smell and sound amazing as well as include amenities (TVs on the ceiling, headphones, sunglasses), comforts, (weighted blankets, chapstick, warm towels) and the best new technology (CBCT, digital x-rays and scanner) for our team and our patients to help you feel inspired as you go all in, 100% dedicated to the special vision we have for this place as we embark on this extraordinary journey together!

Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Open door policy. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required. Should be x-ray certified and maintain CPR certification. Applicant should also be certified in nitrous oxide administration, sealants and coronal polishing or willing to obtain these certifications prior to doors opening. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Oryx Practice Management Software is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.
