Dental Office Receptionist - Angie Papandrikos, DDS PC - Tenafly, NJ

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system- Verify and update patient information in the dental office's database- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing- Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Dental experience REQUIRED. Dentrix experience a plus.- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a dental or medical office setting- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
