We are looking to hire an Insurance & Billing Coordinator who is detail-oriented and enthusiastic about supporting patients through accurate billing and insurance processing. This is a Full-Time position with competitive pay and great benefits!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Prior experience in dental or healthcare billing preferred
Strong understanding of insurance claims, billing, and collections
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills with patients and insurance providers
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Proficient with billing software, electronic claims, and payment posting
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and post payments from patients and insurance companies (checks, online payments, debit authorizations)
Submit electronic insurance claims and resolve any rejections or warnings
Send billing and insurance statements electronically
Manage insurance aging reports and follow up on unpaid claims (dental & medical)
Call patients to review pre-treatment estimates and discuss payment options
Submit and track secondary insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Balance deposits and receipts at the end of the day across multiple offices
Handle collection calls and process patient refunds
Manage billing department emails and incoming referrals/x-rays
Set up fee schedules and update procedure codes as needed
Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
