Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure a clean and safe environment, and help manage patient records.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
Take X-rays as required for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Adhere to aseptic techniques to maintain a clean working environment.
Experience with EagleSoft programming is a plus.

Qualifications

6 months + experience in dental assisting.
Proficiency in taking X-rays and understanding of dental terms.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Certification or training in Dental Assisting is required.
