Orthodontic Dental Assistant - Half Moon Orthodontics - Lake Forest, CA

We are a boutique orthodontic office looking for a Part-Time Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant, or Orthodontic Assistant with AMAZING customer service skills.
We are looking for someone that is punctual, dependable, can multi-task, willing to learn, and loves working with other people, especially children! This will be a great experience for clinical assistants that want to grow with a private dental practice, with the opportunity to grow into different roles in the future.
We are a smaller office that opened in 2023. Your primary role will be to assist Dr. Mody with treating patients, however, there will be multiple hats to wear.

Requirements:

Hours are generally 7:45am - 5:00pm.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous orthodontic assisting required.
Great attitude, great people skills, and a team-oriented approach to delivering excellent patient care are essential to this position.

Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks assigned by the orthodontist. This includes: All orthodontic procedures, Sterilization, Turning over chairs, Taking records (photos, x-rays, intraoral scans), 3D printing and essix production, Communicating with parents/patients, and more.
You will be working chairside, sterilization/records, marketing, and more.
