Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including implant surgery, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
Prepare and maintain operatory areas and dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans as needed
Create and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and support to patients
Ensure patient comfort and manage chairside patient care with professionalism and compassion
Coordinate lab cases and follow-up appointments
Maintain inventory and stock operatory and clinical supplies
Support the front office and patient coordination team as needed
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (or state equivalent)
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred (implant experience a strong plus)
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with digital imaging systems and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
