Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventative, restorative, and emergency dental procedures (including cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, etc.) Examine and diagnose dental conditions using appropriate diagnostic tools (e.g., X-rays, clinical exams). Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' dental needs and preferences. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, procedures, and outcomes. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Stay current on dental techniques, technologies, and best practices through continuous education and training. Handle administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, billing, and insurance documentation as needed. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license and current CPR certification. Proven experience as a dentist with a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients.
