Position: Part-Time Dentist

Location: Rochester, NY

Compensation: $1,100 per day

What We Provide

Schedule

Flexible part-time schedule.
Weekday availability, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
1-2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Dentist, you will:

Provide comprehensive dental care to elderly patients, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and dentures.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on maintaining good oral hygiene and preventing dental issues specific to aging populations.
Collaborate with facility care staff to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
Adapt to the physical and cognitive needs of elderly patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
A current state dental license and other required certifications.
Experience in geriatric dentistry or working with aging populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with care teams.
