Weâre looking for a dedicated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing team! Whether youâre a licensed professional or eager to learn as an unlicensed assistant, this role offers a chance to make a real impact on patient care in a positive, team-centered environment.
What Youâll Do:
As a Dental Assistant, youâll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and preparing patients with warmth and professionalism
Assisting the dentist with procedures and chairside support using four-handed dentistry techniques
Sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms between patients
Taking high-quality X-rays and updating patient charts
Educating patients before and after treatment, including post-operative instructions
Maintaining compliance with OSHA and CDC sterilization standards
Stocking operatories, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment functions properly
Performing lab tasks and supporting front office duties (scanning, insurance follow-ups, etc.)
Promoting a clean, organized, and efficient environment
Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

For Unlicensed Applicants:

Dental Assisting license (LDA) and relevant certifications (e.g., coronal polishing)
Proven experience assisting in dental procedures and managing dental equipment
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization protocols, and infection control standards
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a caring approach with patients
