Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting with various dental procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment and education, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and oral health evaluations.
Perform dental cleanings and scaling to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed.
Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture necessary diagnostic images.
Monitor vital signs as part of the patient assessment process.
Provide care in a pediatric dentistry setting, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
