Responsibilities
Perform sterilization processes for dental instruments and equipment using autoclaves and other sterilization methods.
Ensure all instruments are properly cleaned, organized, and stored according to established protocols.
Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain accurate records of sterilization processes.
Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms for procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on sterilization equipment and report any malfunctions.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and support patient care.
Maintain medical documentation related to sterilization processes as required.
