Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral assessments for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient documentation and record-keeping.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and document vital signs as required during patient visits.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience in a dental clinic or office setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to perform medical imaging and documentation review as needed.
